Shipping Times: We strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the product's type, origin and destination. Generally, clothing items are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and made to order items (jewelry/custom/personalized) usually ship within 3-10 days. Delays, backorders, and shipping extensions may occur. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order has been shipped.

International Shipping: Currently we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check your tracking information to confirm and work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved for return we will email you a prepaid label. , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 14 days to send the item back for full refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, send us a photo of the item and proof of purchase within a 14 day period and we will either process a new order or a full refund. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, jewelry, custom products, and personalized items are made on demand and produced only once ordered, these products are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The best way to ensure go about an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fashionfyne@gmail.com. If you are ever charged for an item that is sold out, the money will be refunded back to your account.
